Ricardo Strategic Consulting (RSC) conducted a literature review to better understand how EV consumers drive, where they recharge their vehicles and what they would like to experience during the recharge occasion in terms of site design, amenities, capabilities and services. RSC’s analysis of existing literature seeks to not only understand current consumer behavior, but also to anticipate how it could evolve over the next ten years as more consumers purchase electric vehicles.
RSC was commissioned by Fuels Institute to conduct a literature review on Electric Vehicle Consumer Behavior and this presentation summarizes some of the key findings from the study. RSC would like to thank Fuels Institute for their valuable contributions to the study.
