All time service runs completed as a result of plant closures during the financial crisis proved insufficient to meet service demand leading to the identification of new suppliers for an identified for 140 critical. Between sourcing and PPAP support was required to: identify appropriate validation methodologies given new suppliers and production methods, develop and execute validation test plans, assist suppliers in adhering to timelines by supporting the resolution of barriers to launch (technical, procedural, logistical, etc.).
