Executive leadership of one of the biggest automotive OEMs led an organization wide transformation with vision, strategic and operational directions changes in the organization. The leadership emphasized tremendous focus in optimizing operational costs & drove efficiencies across the organization. Ricardo extended support to the customer service division of the OEM to assist in improving Profit Before Tax (PBT) and reduce costs across the division. The objectives were to reduce the material costs and other costs of all commodities and improve the PBT of all commodities by 5%.
