Ricardo Strategic Consulting ranks in Vault Survey 2018
22 August 2017

Ricardo Strategic Consulting (RSC) – one of the world’s leading management consultancies serving the automotive, transportation and energy sectors – has been named on Vault’s Top Ranked Consulting Survey 2018. RSC was recognized in 11 categories, including 2 classes and ten functional areas.

Vault, known for its influential rankings, ratings, and reviews on thousands of top employers, conducted online surveys to determine the rankings. The data used to compile these rankings and reviews are collected and verified through directed surveys of consultants who are currently employed at reputable firms in the industry. When rating quality of life issues, consultants are only permitted to rate their own firm. For prestige and practice area rankings, however, consultants are only allowed to rate competitors, and not their own firms.

Ricardo Strategic Consulting is pleased to note that the survey results, which include data from both colleagues and clients, identifies RSC as of the best consulting firms to work for again in 2018.

RSC was named 11 times in the following categories:

  • #13 for International Opportunities
  • #15 for Internal Mobility

  • #16 for Work/Life Balance
  • #17 for Relationships with Supervisors

“At Ricardo Strategic Consulting (RSC), we strive to maintain a culture that is employee-centric in all ways and creates an environment that allows for the entrepreneurial spirit to thrive,” says president of RSC North America, Derek Schlonsky. “Our niche is always going to be in transportation and mobility, and in order to reach our goals of continuing to be the premier provider of Strategic Consulting within this space, investing in our people and being accommodating to their personal situations has to be at the forefront of that goal.  It’s imperative that we give them opportunities to both grow their careers and accommodate what they have going on outside work to continue attracting the best and brightest into our family at RSC.”

A few comments published in the survey from current RSC employees include "Good work-life balance and strong prestige in the industry," and "Interesting and challenging work, great co-workers, and clients."
